Lease Application

The application process is quite simple. Print this page from your browser (ctrl/command + p) or fill out the form below. If you print a copy to fill out we ask that you submit it to our office. Once in receipt of your completed form, we will do our best to have a 48 hour turnaround time. There may be a time delay in turning the application around should we have an issue with getting in touch with your previous landlord. Our screening process includes doing a credit history report, conducting a background check, verifying employment income and contacting your past landlords. Once this is complete, we will recommend your application to the owner of the rental unit as a valid candidate.

Qualifying Criteria

Our goal is to have outstanding tenants living in the residences we offer on behalf of the property owners. We need to be able to verify present and past landlord history as well as the prospective tenant having a satisfactory credit report done through Equifax or Trans Union. We look for verifiable gross income to be at least three times the amount of the rent.


Upon approval of the rental application, we require a deposit within 24 hours to place a ‘hold’ on the property being applied for. The first month rent, deposit and any fees must be paid before taking possession of the property. Should the tenant move in any number of days before the beginning of the month, rent is prorated for that period of time and a full month’s rent is due the following month. Our goal is to maintain quality properties for you to be comfortable calling ‘home.’
